The video is not very good, but tonight Eliza thought her doggies were very funny. Especially Quinnie.

Nap Strike!

Instead of sleeping last night (from 2:45-3:30), this is what Eliza did. Instead of napping today, she did the same thing!

Bath Time

Eliza loves her bath time. She kicks her legs and squeals. Sometimes she has a pouty lip, but most of the time she is joyful and giggly. When we first put her in the water, she looks a bit shocked. But once we start squeezing the warm, lightly scented water on her, she becomes pretty happy. Like the name of this blog indicates, Eliza is a bit of a diva. Divas make lots of demands, and one of her demands is to have her towel heated up before she gets out of her bath. So mommy (the one who gets the bath set up while daddy plays with her) puts it in the dryer, and towards the end of her bath, daddy grabs it out of the dryer. The smile we get when she's placed in that warm comforting towel is all the reward we need.

Well, Baby Gaga received a visit this weekend from the founding members of her fan club. She was held, sung to, kissed and cuddled the whole weekend. Eliza had the time of her life! She went shopping twice, was basically bought (and sent from Grandma) a whole new wardrobe. This little diva has so many clothes that she demanded Aunt Natalie and Aunt Megan change them a couple of times a day! Aunt Megan changed quite a few diapers, and Aunt Natalie changed her first diaper ever! It was even caught on film (soon to be posted, haha)!

Eliza loves fashion. She gets mad if she has to hang out in her pj's too long because this baby likes to dress up. Sometimes she makes us put on a fashion show where we put lots of different outfits on her and then we have to spend several minutes in front of the mirror where she giggles and talks to her reflection. It's only a matter of time until she is raiding my make up drawer and trying to sneak my high heels out of the closet.
